Once an order is placed please ensure your information is correct and item you wish to order is correct to avoid delays or returns.

The Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove terms and conditions from time to time.

The website and all content on the Website, including any current or future offer of products or services, are provided on an ‘as is’ basis, and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The owners make no warranty or representation as to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the Content.  English Toffee nor any holding company, affiliate or subsidiary of English Toffee shall be held responsible for any direct, consequential or other damage of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred, related to the use of, or the inability to access or use the Content or the Website or any functionality thereof, or of any linked website, even if English Toffee expressly advised thereof.

No information and pictures may be downloaded from our website without permission of the Provider.


A order may be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel an order you will receive a full refund subject to terms and conditions.

To obtain a full refund:

The item must be returned undamaged and in the same condition in which they were dispatched and in their original packaging.

Goods are to be returned within 7 to 10 days (South Africa)

Should you wish our couriers to collect again we can arrange but the cost will be for your account.

Please note we recommend ‘DAWN WING COURIERS’ (South Africa) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking and should you choose use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.


If you wish to return an item please note it has to be returned immediately and be in the same condition with tags and receipts as received.

Please also be aware that colours and sizes of the garments may not look exactly as they do on your screen due to the colour setting on your screen.

We do not accept returns on items that ‘don’t look like they do on the website.

If unsure of the item please contact us if you need any clarity on the product.

Damages and shortages must be reported to us within 7days from date of delivery.

No returns will be accepted for any reason other than damages caused by a manufacturer as we check all items before dispatch.


Shipping is limited to South Africa only.

Orders over R 750 will be delivered for FREE.T & C’s Apply.

Once an order is placed, we will send you an invoice with our banking details, payment must be made via EFT.

Please ensure your name is on the reference.

Once payment is reflected in our account will we dispatch and delivery will depend on the location and service you request, see COURIER SERVICE options.
